2 Porquier Beau French faience plates with Decor Riche border and blason of Brittany, one plate with finely painted mother and daughter the other with Father daughter on horseback, an unusual motif; diameter 9 1/4". c.1875-1905. LITERATURE: Tome II, pg 436, plate 54, ?Rosporden"; Chateau, pg 92, ?Cavalier de Penmare?h". CONDITION: Quimper has propensity to have minor chips, glaze loss/wear and crazing.
