Large Porquier Beau French faience oval platter with scene of married couple in Ploare with church in background and having the blason of Brittany and framed with D?cor Riche border; length 21 1/4". c.1875-1905. LITERATURE: Tome II, pg 455, plate 124, Maries Femme/Homme de Quimper?. CONDITION: Quimper has propensity to have minor chips, glaze loss/wear and crazing.
