2 Porquier Beau French faience plates 1 with newly weds of Ploare and a couple working with yarn, both with blason of Brittany and D?cor Riche border; diameter 9 1/4". c.1875-1905. LITERATURE: Tome II, pg 466, plate 168, ?Divides de Penhars?; Les 6 Albums, pg 170, 33, ?Maries de Ploare?. CONDITION: Quimper has propensity to have minor chips, glaze loss/wear and crazing.
